Shipping Need to Knows

Our shipping policy is as simple as it gets – 100% of the products ship for FREE in the 48 contiguous states in the US. Whether you order a $50 product or $5000 product the shipping is always free.

We will send you an email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. We will provide you with a tracking number to help you track your order. Most of our deliveries reach within the designated place between 1 to 7 business days of leaving the warehouse.

For our smaller more manageable items we will ship via UPS, USPS or FED EX. We will provide you with tracking numbers when we ship with any of these carriers. You do not have to be present at your home at the time of delivery. Signature is not a requirement and we will leave the products at a safe and if possible covered place.

For larger furniture items we will use a freight carrier or local delivery service. In this case they will deliver packages to your door, you will need to be available to accept and sign for the delivery. You will need to examine the products for damage and to ensure you have the right packages. You will need to ensure you have people available to help you bring the products into your home.

The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you must inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT RECEIVED DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.

Please Note: In case of returns even though the shipping was initially free we will need to deduct the charges for shipping the products back to our warehouse. For more details please refer to our "Return Policy"
