Order Confirmations, Shipping Dates, Questions

Order Confirmations

After you place an order you will receive an email with a confirmation of your order. The email will contain your Order Number and Cost and is also your sales receipt. When the item is ready to be shipped we will call you to confirm shipping and email a tracking number if it is shipped via FED EX or UPS. If it is delivered by freight we will contact you to ensure you are available to receive the order. We will also follow up with you to ensure you received the product. At anytime during the process you can contact us for information on status.

Order Cancellation

Unfortunately you cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. If you make a mistake or need to cancel call us as quickly as possible. If it hasn’t been shipped we can cancel it, however if it has been shipped you will need to refer to our Return Policy.

Sales Tax

If you live outside of California you will not need to pay any sales tax. For residents of California the standard Sales Tax will be charged at point of sale. Furnitureopia is not responsible for individual sales tax reporting and laws pertaining to your state regarding online sales.
