This allows us to pass on huge savings on rentals we do not pay for storefronts making the same furniture much more affordable. Not to forget it also saves you gas driving around to stores. Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?Our goal is to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible; therefore, changes to your order can only be made up to four hours after it has been submitted. When will I receive my order?While we can't guarantee how long it will take a third-party shipping partner, such as UPS or FedEx, to deliver an item to you, we will indicate the number of days we expect it to take for the item to leave our facility on your order confirmation. I'm having difficulty placing a large order, what can I do?If you're experiencing issues placing large orders online at furnitureopia.com, please call Does the furniture require assembling?Yes in most cases it does, however some items do come pre-built. The assembly of the furniture whether it is a couch or bed is very straightforward. All products come with assembly instructions which contain pictures to make it really easy to understand. We also provide you with one or more allen keys to complete the assembly and that is the only tool you will need. What if my furniture is defective on delivery?If there is minimal damage on the packing please make sure that you mention that on the delivery invoice. All our products are well packed and small dents on the outer packing generally do not impact the furniture inside. However if you find the packing severely damaged or can see the furniture inside, you can refuse to take delivery. Please let us know that you have refused delivery at 1-877-215-5552 so that we can immediately get going to have your product shipped immediately. Do I have to pay sales tax?Furnitureopia is required to charge sales tax in California; however we do not charge sales tax for order to any other state. It is your responsibility to declare sales tax for online out of state purchases. Can you ship to APO / FPO addresses?Sorry we cannot ship to APO / FPO addresses. Our cartons can be very large. Can you customize furniture?We are unable to customize the furniture unless you are buying a piece of furniture from our custom or gaming sections. Are finish colors accurate?We do our best to accurately show the finish colors of each piece we carry, however colors can vary by personal perceptions, monitor type and age, video card differences and printing variations. Why are some products out of stock?Every effort is made to maintain the availability of items shown for your selection, but due to popularity and supply issues, some products may not always be available.
